Lizzie Resnick is the Director of Customer Care at SmartPak. Her longstanding passion for horses began at a young age and followed her through and beyond her education, focusing on animal science. Following her role as a member of the O’Connor Event Team, Lizzie found her way to SmartPak where her background at the company spans 12 years in both marketing and customer service. She recently obtained her MBA from the Harvard Extension School, and when she isn’t at work, she enjoys running, spending time with her family, and riding her newly leased horse!
