The Short Score: NFR Rookie Cole Curry

At just 23 years old and with only three years on the ProRodeo scene, Cole Curry has punched his ticket to his first NFR. The Mississippi heeler will enter the 2023 NFR No. 13 with $94,986.72 won on the year.

Curry heeled for fellow Mississippian and all-around cowboy Marcus Theriot, and the two will make their first appearances in the Thomas & Mack together.

On this episode of The Short Score, we talk with Curry about what it means to make the NFR, what it took to qualify and what he’s looking forward to the most.
