Joy Wargo has spent her career developing colts, learning how to give them confidence and watching horses she started go on to win at some of the highest levels of the industry.

Joy has not only built her program around creating confident horses, but she has also had to learn how to handle the mental side of competition herself—to trust her preparation, believe in the horses underneath her and ride with confidence when the opportunity finally came.

This year, that commitment paid off with the major futurity wins including the Colorado Classic and the Breeders Challenge – wins she had worked toward for more than a decade.
