Samantha Oldfield is the Senior Director of International Affairs & Development at the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA). For over a decade, she has led global outreach, affiliate development, and strategic partnerships aimed at expanding the sport of reining worldwide. She works closely with international affiliates, members, and developing regions—helping to lower barriers to participation and supporting the sport’s global growth.
Originally from the East Coast, Oldfield earned her degree in Business Management from Cazenovia College in Cazenovia, New York, with a specialization in management and a minor in international studies. While at Cazenovia, she competed on multiple equestrian teams and also played intermittently on the volleyball and lacrosse teams. Her academic background, combined with a strong team-oriented mindset and passion for global collaboration, has made her a driving force in NRHA’s international development.
